Cookie Decorating Class

Join us for a fun-filled cookie decorating class for just $45 per participant! You’ll receive 6 blank cookies, 3–4 icing colors, and a 1-hour instructor-led session where we share tips and tricks to help you decorate like a pro. By the end of class, you’ll have beautifully decorated cookies, all boxed up and ready to take home. Don’t miss out on this creative experience!

Ready to level up your cake skills? Our cake decorating class is $75 per participant and is perfect for beginners (and anyone who loves buttercream). You’ll learn simple, confidence-boosting techniques and leave with a finished cake that looks as amazing as it tastes—boxed and ready to take home.

Time: 2 hours Price: $425 for up to 10 guests Additional guests (11–25): $25 per guest

Want the Pixi experience at your location? We can bring a decorating class to:

  • Travel Class Pricing:

  • Starts at $350 + $10 per guest (minimum 10 guests)

  • Travel/setup fee: $75 flat within 15 miles, then $2/mile beyond 15 miles

Includes instruction + supplies. Desserts are provided by Pixi Sweets.

         Food & Drinks

  • Taco bar add-on (by Pixi): starting at $15/guest (minimum 10 guests)

  • Charcuterie board add-on: starting at $85 (serves ~10)

  • Coffee & cocoa bar: +$4/guest (hot chocolate, lemonade, tea options available)

  • Other food options: available upon request

  • Want restaurant food or margaritas? You can also go next door to Acapulco and order food or drinks.

       Basic Decorations

  • Basic party décor package: $45 (table coverings + simple balloon bundle + themed accents)

  • Extra 30 minutes: $50

  • After-hours party room: $200/hr (2-hour minimum)

FAQs

What ages are these parties best for?

Our parties are designed for ages 6–25. We tailor the project level for kids, teens, and adults.

How many guests can we bring?

Minimum 6, maximum 25 guests.

Can we bring outside desserts?

No—outside desserts are not allowed (including restaurant desserts). All desserts must be purchased from Pixi Sweets.

Can we bring outside food and drinks?

Yes—outside food and drinks are welcome. You can also add on a taco bar, charcuterie, or drinks through us.

Can we bring alcohol?

Yes—you may bring your own alcohol. Please drink responsibly.

Can we bring decorations?

Yes! You’re welcome to bring balloons and table décor. You can also add our basic décor package or work with our partner for balloon arches and custom installs.

Can we arrive early to set up?

Yes—15 minutes early access is included for simple setup.

When is the final headcount due?

7 days before your party.

When do we choose the theme and flavors?

10–14 days before your party so we can prep everything from scratch.

When is the remaining balance due?

3 days before your party.

What is your cancellation policy?

Your 50% retainer is non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to accommodate based on availability.

Do you accommodate allergies and dietary needs?

We offer gluten-free, vegan, and keto options for many items. We prepare items in dedicated/sanitized areas, but our kitchen is not allergen-free.

What if someone no-shows or we have fewer guests than planned?

We prepare based on your final headcount. If fewer guests attend, we can box the extra treats for you to take home.
